ESSENTRICS® A dynamic, full body workout suitable for all fitness levels, that simultaneously combines stretching and strengthening while engaging all 650 muscles. This class will increase flexibility and mobility for a healthy, toned and pain-free body. A slow-paced, full body workout created by Miranda Esmonde-White, the author of the New York Times bestseller, Aging Backwards and latest book, Forever Painless.

- Yoga strap or TheraBand

A full body workout using a dynamic combination of strengthening and stretching, with standing and floor work (back and side only). Develop lean, strong and flexible muscles and improve your posture. Re-balance the body, prevent and treat injuries, unlock tight joints and feel energized, youthful and healthy.
