Beginning a regular practice of mindfulness and meditation has been shown to improve health, emotional regulation, focus and performance in all areas of life. Join Jeri for three powerful sessions where you will learn the fundamentals of mindfulness and explore various tools and techniques to help balance your mind and emotions and awaken to the joy and vitality of the present moment!
